 | Eliza Locke | | Just Another Student of Life Trying to Write Something True. |

In her dreams, Eliza Locke was born in Adair, Iowa. She grew up on a farm with wild cattle and tornado warnings. She rode horses across the Raccoon River and spent her evenings in darkened cornfields, watching fireflies salt-and-pepper the sky.
These days, when not laughing in overpriced Copenhagen cafes, Eliza writes poetry and creative non-fiction. She was bitten by the writing bug back in an inner-city sixth grade Speech-and-Composition class, and, fortunately, the fever never broke.
When not writing, Eliza enjoys books, movies, theater, ballet, and lasagna. She shares a very small apartment with her umbrella, Fred.
Thanks for visiting the website! Remember to get your copy of Eliza's new book, "Kissing In Iceland," today! And don't forget to sign our guestbook before you leave. We'd love to add you to our email list.
